The Founding Team consists of serial entrepreneurs who previously built and exited successful companies including one of the largest freight forwarders specialized in handling semi-conductors in Asia.
Our company is a start-up in its early stage but growing at a rapid pace. Right now, we are seeking outstanding candidates to join our team as a Customer Excellence Consultant
Provide product training to customers (shippers)
Service customers and provide solutions to their problems including problems related to the APX platform
Become the first point of contact for customers prior to issue submission to related parties
Continuously keep contact with current customers to ensure the best service quality and identify key areas to improve customer experience
Liaise with the rest of the team regarding any support request from a client
Perform proactive monitoring, system health checks, and system admin tasks to ensure that customers will have the best experiences using APX’s products and services
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay abreast of new functionalities.
Perform regular reviews with senior stakeholders at the client.
Provide ongoing qualitative feedback to the team as required.
Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately retention.
1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not strictly required. Fresh graduates are welcome!
Able to travel across the country to meet with shipper upon requested
An excellent problem solver with a great service mind
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in logistic and technological platform businesses is a plus
Highly organized, quality focussed with strong attention to detail.
Must be commercially aware and be able to self-manage and prioritize.
Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills.
