APX Service Process Flow

  1. Customer books the shipment via APX’s web application or informs our customer excellence team to book the shipment for you
  2. APX’s member will contact you before picking up the goods to make sure that it is within your available time following special customer requests if any (e.g. pallet provide, packing and handling service, pick up at the specific time, working area regulation)
  3. During the delivery, you can check the status and track your goods through APX’s application

  4. Once the goods arrive at the depot of your consignee area, APX’s member will contact the receiver to confirm delivery instructions.

  5. Delivery Status is available in APX Cloud
